Hah, I knew Amical wasn't fooled! Mages are the best information-gatherers the World of Darkness has to offer, do you really think you could fool him?

By the way, would anyone be interested in playing a Mage game? I'm thinking of hosting one over Skype. I've been coming up with a lot of house rules and I wanna test 'em out. Plus, I could use the ST practice.

@epicarp: I'd like to listen in, if that is alright. Never played Pen'n'paper, so would only mess up everything, but always had a soft spot for WoD, be it old or new.

@epicarp: Good luck! I hope you find some players! We've wanted to do a stream sometime where we explain how to make a mage character, but haven't found a good time for it yet.

I'll play
I'd be willing to play a game of WoD/mage over skype. Not during the next week as ill be traveling without ready internet but after that...

@Kiku-Goldenflower: Cool, just be sure to send a contact request when you're ready.

@blubb: If you just wanna listen in that's fine! But even if you've never played pen & paper RPGs before, you're most welcome to join in the fun anyways. It'd actually be quite beneficial for me, as it would allow me to practice teaching the fundamental principles of role-playing, which is what any good host should know how to do. So no worries man! Don't be afraid to dive into the Mysteries along with.

Which reminds, I forgot to provide my Skype name, my bad. It's crapcarp555. Also, when you send the contact request, please put "mage" in the message so I know you're interested in playing the game, as I've been getting contact requests from some random (and frankly, some of them are rather suspicious) people as of late.

@ChibiSilverWings: I might be able to record the sessions. No guarantees mind (my computer ain't the best by a long shot), but I'll send some links your way if I can (or perhaps find somebody else willing who can).

@epicarp: I still have a lot to learn about Mage, but I'm also curious; when exactly were you thinking of starting these sessions up?

ChibiSilverWings, February 28th, 2015, 12:09 pm     Reply

@epicarp: Cool! Would love to see how it goes, but honestly, even just a few sentences summary of how it's going would be fun. :D It would be nice to hear our little fanbase was making mage games together!

I wish I could play...
But my schedule's a game killer right now, and I'm still learning the system on top of that...

Maybe some other time?

epicarp (Guest), February 28th, 2015, 1:18 am     Reply

@burningtyger: Whenever I get a solid number of people to join. I'd say at the very least 3, but I'd much rather go for 5 or 6, maybe 8 as the absolute limit.

@The_Hyena_King: Well, it's not gonna be a single game session, but rather an entire chronicle. So if you want, you can come into it a little bit later when your schedule clears up.
